These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made on the Animalyo website.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Minor variations may exist, however, particularly due to screen display settings.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
Order
The customer places the order directly on the Animalyo website.
Once the order is validated and the payment confirmed, a confirmation email is sent.
Animalyo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute, anomaly or suspicion of fraud.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.
Any applicable delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.
Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the website.
Animalyo never has access to the customer's bank details.

Animalyo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Responsibility
Animalyo cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
Animalyo's liability is, in any event, strictly limited to the amount of the order in question.
Legal guarantees
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Applicable law and mediation
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
