Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging

Refunds
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Damaged item or order error
If your item arrives damaged or if an error has occurred, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos.
Together we will find the most suitable solution (replacement or refund).
