What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery usually takes between 6 and 12 working days , depending on the product and destination.

Free delivery is offered for orders over €50 .

The exact fees are clearly indicated at the time of payment , before you confirm your order.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This allows you to easily follow the progress of your package at each stage.

If it does not appear after 72 hours, please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase .

After this period, the order is generally already being processed and can no longer be modified.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt , attaching photos of the product in question.
