What can be put in the reservoir?

Only use clean water. Do not add essential oils, perfume, shampoo, or grooming products, as the mist is diffused directly onto your pet's coat.

Does the brush remove tangles?

It is mainly designed to collect loose hair and regularly maintain the coat. It can assist with brushing small tangles but should not be forced on a tight knot.
