In a car, a dog that moves freely can distract the driver or rush towards a door when stopped. This adjustable safety belt clips into a compatible vehicle buckle to limit its movement on the back seat, while still allowing it enough freedom to sit or lie down.
Its 2.5 cm wide nylon strap adjusts from approximately 50 to 75 cm to adapt its freedom of movement to the available space. At the other end, the swiveling metal carabiner accompanies its changes in position and limits strap twisting.
Simple to install before each departure, it attaches to the back ring of a properly fitted harness. To avoid any pressure on the neck, this attachment must be used exclusively with a harness, never with a collar. It helps keep your dog in place, but does not replace an approved or crash-tested device.
